PAYMENT
Payment must be made by Interac transfer to the email address Bkcruisemtl@gmail.com . A deposit of 25% of the total price is required for the reservation. The balance must be paid 48 hours before boarding. If you book for a time slot less than 48 hours before departure, you would have 24 hours to pay the total amount to confirm the activity reservation. We also require a $500 security deposit in the event of breakage, theft or any other damage caused by your group during the activity. This deposit will be refunded to you if the boat is in the same condition as before your arrival. A contract mentioning our terms and conditions must be signed before departure.

CANCELATION
A full refund will be accepted if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of signing the contract. If there is a cancellation within 24 hours before boarding, BK CRUISE will retain 50% of the total payment.

SECURITY
It will be important to respect the policies before signing the contract. Each person must wear a life jacket throughout the activity for their safety. Each person is responsible for their safety by following the rules established before departure. BKcruise is not responsible for incidents caused by non-compliance with passenger regulations.

IN CASE OF RAIN
There will be NO refunds! It will be possible to choose another date and postpone your activity without being penalized.

ALLERGIES
If you have chosen our catering service, it is important to mention the allergies of all members of the group. BKcruise is not responsible for unspecified allergic reactions.
